State Health Department Opens 133 Job Positions

The State Health Department (SES) and the Administration Secretariat (SAD) have launched a simplified public selection process to fill 133 job positions at the SES headquarters in Recife. Salaries for these positions range up to R$ 3,825.

Applications will be accepted online from January 15 to January 29. According to the notice published in the Official State Gazette, candidates will be selected through a single stage of curriculum evaluation, which is both classificatory and eliminatory. Of the total vacancies, 5% are reserved for people with disabilities (PCD), following the call order specified in the notice.

The opportunities are distributed among several roles, including legal advisors, administrative analysts, hospital administrators, and accountants at the higher education level, as well as administrative assistants at the medium level. To register, applicants must attach a single PDF file with legible copies of their RG, CPF, and documents proving titles for scoring. Men aged 18 to 45 must also provide their military reserve certificate. The results are expected to be published on March 9 on the SES portal. The selection process will be valid for two years, extendable for the same period, and contracts will be signed for up to 12 months, also extendable.

The specific breakdown of positions for analysts in health (higher level) includes:

• 38 assessors jurídicos (legal advisors)
• 32 analistas administrativos (administrative analysts)
• 12 administradores hospitalares (hospital administrators)
• 27 contadores (accountants)

For assistants in health (medium level), there are 24 vacancies for assistentes administrativos (administrative assistants).

Salaries and weekly work hours are standardized at 40 hours per week for all positions:

• Administrative Assistant: R$ 1,860
• Legal Advisor and Administrative Analyst: R$ 3,300
• Hospital Administrator: R$ 3,670
• Accountant: R$ 3,825

The State Health Department has outlined a clear timeline for the selection process. The results are scheduled to be released on March 9 and will be posted on the official SES portal.

Regarding the nature of the employment, the selection process itself will remain valid for two years, with the possibility of extension for an equal period.
