- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
We also reserve the right to terminate access for users who, in our sole discretion, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Fair Use Notice
Mercy News aggregates news from various sources for informational and educational purposes. We believe our use of copyrighted material constitutes fair use under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act because:
- We transform content through AI processing for clarity and translation
- We always attribute and link to original sources
- We use only portions of works, not entire articles verbatim
- We do not negatively affect the market for original works by directing users to them
However, we respect copyright holders' rights and will promptly respond to valid takedown requests.
