Uespi: 4,260 Vacancies

The State University of Piauí (Uespi) will provide 4,260 vacancies distributed among 105 presential courses. These courses are available in the following campuses: Teresina, Campo Maior, Corrente, Floriano, Parnaíba, Oeiras, Picos, Piripiri, São Raimundo Nonato, and Uruçuí.

Regarding the selection criteria, 50% of the vacancies are reserved for Broad Competition, while the remaining 50% are allocated to Affirmative Actions pursuant to Law No. 12.711/2012.

UFDPar: New Courses Included

The Federal University of Delta do Parnaíba (UFDPar) is offering 1,136 vacancies for entry in the semesters of 2026. These vacancies are distributed across 14 graduation courses, including new offerings in Artificial Intelligence and Music, with classes scheduled to begin in the second semester of 2026.

The breakdown for UFDPar is as follows:

• 459 vacancies for Broad Competition
• 605 vacancies complying with Law No. 12.711/2012
• 72 vacancies reserved through the university's Affirmative Actions Policy

The Affirmative Actions Policy specifically allocates 24 vacancies each for transgender individuals, candidates in forced displacement or international migrant situations, and female candidates who are graduates of the prison system.

IFPI: Focus on Teaching Licenses

The Federal Institute of Piauí (IFPI) will offer 557 vacancies for higher education teaching license courses. These opportunities are distributed across 17 campuses in Piauí and cover areas such as Biological Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computing.
