Águas Cuiabá Expands Neighborhood Presence with Mobile Store

Águas Cuiabá has successfully expanded its community outreach through the Loja Itinerante (Mobile Store) initiative, reaching more than 100 neighborhoods throughout the year. The program delivered 1,658 attendments, providing direct access to services and guidance for residents across Cuiabá.

The mobile store initiative integrated with multiple institutional projects and community partnerships, strengthening relationships between the utility company and local residents. Through active listening and humanized service approaches, the program established a foundation for continued community engagement in 2026.

The Loja Itinerante operated throughout the year with a mission to expand access to utility services and strengthen direct dialogue with communities. By establishing presence in more than 100 neighborhoods, the initiative brought services and guidance directly to residents in their local areas.

The program provided 1,658 attendments, offering practical and accessible solutions tailored to the reality of neighborhood life. This approach allowed Águas Cuiabá to move closer to the population, promoting active listening and humanized service delivery.

The mobile store concept was designed to be practical and accessible, meeting residents where they live and working. This proximity enabled the utility company to better understand community needs while providing immediate assistance with water and sanitation services.

The initiative integrated with several institutional projects and actions, including:

• Mutirão da ALMT - collective effort with the Mato Grosso Legislative Assembly
• Mutirão do Procon - consumer protection collaboration
• Mutirão do Município de Cuiabá - municipal collective action

Additionally, the mobile store supported events requested by neighborhood presidents and city councilors. These partnerships reinforced collaborative work with different entities and community leaders, expanding the reach of services and strengthening trust relationships with the population.

The participation in these diverse initiatives demonstrated the Loja Itinerante's versatility and commitment to comprehensive community engagement beyond traditional service delivery.
