Brother's Musical Insult Leads to Police Report in Paraná

However, the situation did not end there. Later that evening, at approximately 21:25, the police were called back to the residence. This time, the 43-year-old woman reported that she was being subjected to injúria, a legal term referring to actions that offend a person's dignity.

According to the declaration provided to the authorities, the 45-year-old man took a guitar and began to sing a song he had invented. The lyrics of the composition were the primary cause for the second police intervention. The content of the song reportedly contained xingamentos (profanity/swear words) directed specifically at his sister.

Beyond general insults, the lyrics also alluded to supostos relacionamentos (alleged relationships) that the woman had in the past. The performance of this song near the sister's home was viewed as a direct attack on her personal dignity, prompting her to seek legal recourse through the police.

Following the report of the offensive song, the Polícia Militar took formal steps to document the incident. Officers prepared a Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO). This specific type of document is utilized to register infractions that are considered to be of menor potencial ofensivo (lesser offensive potential).
